Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

SISO Quest is owned and operated by Brand Alive Communication Limited (BAC) ("BAC", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using SISO Quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which form an agreement between you and BAC. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and players of the platform.

2. Description of Service

SISO Quest is a competitive Nigerian word-game platform featuring games such as Catch a Phrase, Figure It Out, Word Search, and Crossword. Players earn points, convert them to coins, and may compete in leaderboards and tournaments. The platform is currently in Practice Mode — real-money wagering features are not active at this time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SISO Quest. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Share or sell your account to any other person
• Post or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Points, Coins, and Wallet

Points earned through gameplay may be converted to coins at the rate of 200 points per coin. Coins and wallet balances have no cash value during Practice Mode. We reserve the right to adjust conversion rates, pricing, or features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SISO Quest, including game content, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of Brand Alive Communication Limited (BAC) and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SISO Quest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Responsible Gaming

SISO Quest is designed to be entertaining, skill-based competition — not a source of income. Play within your means, take regular breaks, and never stake more than you can comfortably afford to lose once paid modes launch. If you feel your play is becoming unhealthy, you may permanently delete your account at any time from your profile's Danger Zone, or contact us to have your account suspended. Users under 18 are not permitted on the platform under any circumstances.
